Most homeowners end up managing four separate trades who have never met, each with their own calendar and their own idea of whose job the last two inches are. We do the whole list, so the siding meets the roof properly and nobody is waiting on anybody.
The order matters more than people think. Ventilation before shingles. Rot out before siding goes on. Drywall sanded before a brush touches it. Done in the wrong order it looks finished and fails early, which is the most expensive way to save money.

Why we exist
Work on a house is either done once or done twice.
A roof that was never vented properly. Siding fitted straight over rot nobody looked for. Paint rolled onto drywall that was never sanded. All of it looks fine on the day, and all of it comes back.
We would rather do it once, properly, and have the house be worth more for it. That is what equity actually means. Money you put in that stays in, instead of money you spend twice fixing the same thing in three years.
We will also tell you what not to spend money on. If a job will not add real value to the house, we would rather say so and do the things that will.
Before you commit
See it on your house, not on a sample board.
We run your home through rendering software so you can look at the actual color and profile on your own walls and roofline before anybody orders a thing.
Choosing a shingle off a three inch sample in a driveway is how people end up living with a color they never wanted. This takes the guessing out of it, and it costs you nothing to see.
Renderings are always labeled as renderings. We will never show you a picture of somebody else's house and call it yours.
Questions
The things homeowners ask us first.
How soon can you start, and how long does it take?
Typically within a week, and often as soon as the next day. The one thing that pushes it out is material delivery, which in rare cases runs a week or two.
The install itself is almost always a single day. Some jobs take two, and in very rare situations three. You will get a straight answer at the estimate rather than an optimistic one, and if you are working to a date of your own, tell us and we will either commit to it or tell you we cannot.
How do payments work?
50% down when you approve the proposal, and the balance is due at the final estimate once you have seen the finished work. No progress billing and no surprises in the middle.
What if I change my mind?
Every proposal gives you until midnight of the third business day after you sign to cancel the transaction. That is in writing on the paperwork, not a verbal promise.
Why is the quote time sensitive?
Because material prices move and we will not quietly cut the scope to make an old number work. If you come back later we will requote it honestly rather than pretend nothing changed.
Which improvements are actually worth the money?
It depends on the house, which is why the estimate is free and in person. Generally the things that protect the house and the things you look at every day are the priority.
Do you do all of these trades yourselves?
We install directly rather than handing your job to whoever happens to be available. That is why the schedule holds.
