The work
Every photo on this page is real work on a real property. Nothing here is stock and nothing is a rendering. If you want to see what a color would look like on your own house first, we can render that for you.
Old roof stripped to the deck, fresh decking and synthetic underlayment down, a skylight cut in and trimmed out inside, then the new field laid and the vents set properly so the deck can breathe.

Full replacement on the house and the detached garage, with two skylights cut and flashed into the new field.

The old coated roof was chalking and past saving, so it came off to the framing. New decking, synthetic underlayment, and a fully welded single ply membrane over the top, with every boot and flue sealed into the new surface. Photos run in build order, start to finish.

A whole property: beds cut and edged along the retaining wall, plantings shaped, bark dust laid front and back, and the play area redone.
