Short version: we collect what you type into our contact form so we can call you back about work on your house. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to people who did not ask for it.

What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the city or address of the property, and whatever you write in the message box when you submit a form on this site.
- Basic website analytics. Anonymous, aggregated information about visits to this site, such as which pages were viewed, roughly what region visitors came from, and whether they arrived from a search engine, a link or an advertisement. This is not tied to your name.
- Advertising click information. If you arrive here from an online ad, the link may carry an identifier that lets us tell which advertisement brought you. It is stored in your browser and attached to a form submission if you send one, so we can tell which advertising is worth paying for.
What we do with it
- Call or email you back about the work you asked about.
- Prepare an estimate or proposal.
- Keep a record of the job if you hire us.
- Understand which marketing actually brings customers.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form asking about a roof.
Who else touches it
A few services help run this website. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.
- Splitforms processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Google Analytics provides the anonymous website statistics described above.
- Google Maps supplies the service area map on our contact section. Loading that map means your browser contacts Google directly, and Google may set its own cookies.
- Our web host stores and serves the website files.
- Email and phone providers carry the message once it reaches us.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or with a professional such as an accountant or lawyer who is bound to keep it confidential.
Cookies and similar technology
This site uses a small amount of browser storage for analytics and to remember which advertisement you arrived from. It does not follow you around the internet, and none of it is used to build a profile about you. You can clear it any time in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while there is a reasonable chance you still want the work, and job records are kept as long as we need them for tax, warranty and legal purposes. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

This site is for people arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable care with the information you send us. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send anything sensitive, such as financial account details, through the contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
